Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+)
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, or NAD+, is a naturally occurring coenzyme found throughout the body. It plays an important role in cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, and cellular repair. Research has explored how supporting NAD+ levels may contribute to healthy aging, metabolic function, muscle performance, and cellular health.
NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. This decrease has been associated with changes in cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, inflammation, and other processes involved in aging.
NAD+ supplementation is most effective when incorporated into a structured protocol. Our program includes an 8-week progressive approach designed to support cellular energy and establish a sustainable maintenance level.

Key Potential Outcomes & Benefits
Energy & Metabolic Function: NAD+ plays an important role in mitochondrial energy production and cellular metabolism. Supporting NAD+ levels may help promote healthy energy and metabolic function.
Cardiovascular Health: Research has explored the potential relationship between NAD+ support, blood pressure, arterial health, and cardiovascular function.
Cognitive & Brain Health: NAD+ is involved in cellular processes that support brain health. Research continues to examine its potential role in healthy cognitive function and age-related changes.
Cellular Repair & Healthy Aging: NAD+ contributes to cellular repair processes and supports pathways involved in DNA maintenance and healthy aging.
Metabolic Health: NAD+ precursors have been studied for their potential effects on metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and weight-related metabolic health.
Immune & Inflammatory Support: Research has also examined NAD+ and its relationship to inflammatory pathways and overall cellular immune function.
